This article explains how to Installation ISUZU 4JH1 Engine Intake Throttle Valve
ISUZU IDSS MX2-T Diagnostic Adapter System Support G-IDSS/US-IDSS/E-IDSS（Included DHL Shipping ）
1.Installthe intake throttle valve.
·Install the gasket and intake throttle valve,and tighten at the specifed torque.
Tightening torque: 10 N·m(1.0 kg-m/87 Ib·in)
2.Connect the intake throttle valve harness connector.
3.Install the air intake pipe and hoses.
·Installthe pipe and hoses between the intake throttle valve and intercooler.
·Use a new hose clamp,align it with the marking,and tighten it at the specified torque.
Tightening torque
Clamp: 8.0 Nm(0.8 kg m/71 Ib-in)
·Fix the air intake pipe to the bracket.
Tightening torque:20 N·m(2.0 kg·m/177.5 Ib-in)
4 Connect the boost sensor connector ( Euro4 specification)

7.Instsll the parking brake lever assembly.(
Non-tit cab model only)
Refer to "BRAKES"in Section 5C.
8.Install the change lever assembly.(Non-tilt cab model only)
Refer to "Manual Transmission"in Section 7B.
9.Install the driver seat.(Non-tilt cab model only)
Refer to "FRAME AND CAB"Section 2.
10.Install the engine cover.(Non-tilt cab model only)
11.Connect the battery cable negative terminal.
