How to Introduce the Disassembly and Installation of Isuzu Excavator Electronic Injection Diesel Engine Common Rail

 This article mainly introduces the disassembly and installation of common rail device of Isuzu excavator electronic injection diesel engine.

① Remove the connector (1 in Figure 4-49). 

 ② Use a wrench (12mm) to remove the bolts on the wire harness clamp (2 in Figure 4-50). 

③ Use a wrench (10mm) to remove the bolts on the wire harness clamp (3 in Figure 4-50).

④ Use a wrench (14mm) to remove the eyebolts (4 and 5 in Figure 4-51) on the oil outlet pipe (6 in Figure 4-51), and remove the oil outlet pipe. ⑤ Use a wrench (10mm) to remove the lifting eye nut (8 in Figure 4-52) on the pipe clamp (7 in Figure 4-52).

⑥Use a wrench (17mm) to remove the sleeve nuts at 4 positions (9 in Figure 4-52). Note: Replace the removed pipeline in the same way as replacing the common rail. Cover lines with caps and stopcocks to prevent water, dust or dirt from entering. Clean lines with a spray of parts cleaner to prevent scratches and remove accumulated dust from fittings. 

 ⑦ Use a wrench (12mm) to remove the bolts (11 and 12 in Figure 4-53) and nuts (10 in Figure 4-53).

 ⑨Perform the steps reverse to the disassembly steps to install the common rail. The removed high-pressure pipeline cannot be reused and must be replaced with new parts.
