ISUZU N Series Truck Fuel Filter Removal & Installation Guide

Here is instruction on how to remove and install fuel filter for Isuzu Euro 4 N series truck with 4JJ1 engine.

Steps:

Removal
1. Disconnect the sedimenter harness connector.
2. Disconnect the feed hose and return hose from the fuel filter, and plug them so that fuel does not leak.
· Keep the disconnected fuel hose in clean, so that dust should not adhere.
3. Remove the fuel filter mounting bolt.
4. Remove the fuel filter assembly.
 

Installation
1. Install the fuel filer assembly.
2. Install the fuel filter mounting bolt.
3. Install the feed hose and the return hose.
4. Install the sedimenter harness connector.
5. Remove the air.
