1.Disconnect the battery cable negative terminal.

2.Remove   the   engine   cover.(Non-tilt   cab   model only)

 

 

 

3.Remove the driver seat.(Non-tilt cab model only) Refer to "FRAME AND CAB"Section 2.

4.Remove  the  change  lever  assembly.(Non-tilt  cab model only)

Refer to "Manual Transmission"in Section 7B.

5.Remove  the  parking  brake  lever  assembly.(Non- tilt cab model only)

Refer to "BRAKES"in Section 5C.

6.Remove the sub engine cover.(Non-tilt cab model only)

7.Remove   the   floor   support   cover.(Non-tilt   cab model only)

 

 

8.Disconnect   the specification)

9.Remove the air intake pipe and hoses.

·Remove the pipe from the bracket.·

Remove the hose from the intercooler with the pipe attached.

 

 

10.Disconnect  the intake throttle valve harncss Connecior.
11.Remove the intake throttle valve
