How to Installation ISUZU 4JH1 Engine Mount (LH)

This article describes how to install the Isuzu 4JH1 engine mount (left)

  09.2024 ISUZU E-IDSS Diagnostic Software Download and Installation Service

1.Installthe  support  rubber.

·Install   the   support   rubber   while   raising   the engine.

·Tighten the fixing nuts to the specified torque.

Tightening torque

Engine foot side:       82 Nm(8.4 kg·m/61 Ib-ft)

Crossmember side:48 N·m(4.9 kg m/35 Ib·ft)

2.Installthe  fan  shroud.

·Install the fan shroud and clip the reservoir tank hose.

 

3.Install the air intake pipe and hoses.

·Install the  pipe  and  hoses  between  the  intake throttle valve and intercooler.

·Use   a   new   hose   clamp,align   it   with    the marking,and tighten it at the specified torque.

Tightening torque

Clamp:                       8.0Nm(0.8  kg·m/71  Ib-in)

·Fix the air intake pipe to the bracket.

Tightening  torque:20   Nm(2.0  kg-m/177.5  Ibin)

 

 

 

4.Connect    the    boost    sensor     connector.(Euro4  specification)

5.Install the cab.(Non-tilt cab model only) Refer to "FRAME AND CAB"Section 2.

6.Refill the engine coolant.

7.Connect the battery cable negative terminal.
