How to remove the cylinder head cover of an Isuzu engine

Legend

1.Oil filler cap                                                                     4.Cylinder head cover

2.Engine cover(Except Euro2 specification)                      5.Head cover gasket

3.Space rubber(Except Euro2 specification)

1.Disconnect the battery cable negative terminal.

2.Open the engine cover.(Non-tilt cab model only)

3.Disconnect the  PCV  hose.

4.Remove the oil filler cap.

 

5.Remove   the   engine   cover   and   space   rubber. (Except Euro2 specification)

6.Remove the cylinder head cover
