How to remove the left engine mount of an Isuzu engine.

1.Fan   shroud                                                                         2.Support   rubber

Removal

1.Disconnect the battery cable negative terminal.

2.Drain the engine coolant.

3.Remove the cab.(Non-tilt cab model only) Refer to "FRAME AND CAB"Section 2.

4.Disconnect   the   boost   sensor   connector.(Euro4 specification)

1.Boost  sensor  connector

5· Remove the hose from the intercooler with the pipe attached.

6 ·Remove the hose from the intake throttle valve with the pipe attached.

 

 

7.Remove the support rubber.

·Remove  two  fixing  bolts  at  the  crossmember side.

 

 

  

 

 

  

·Remove  the  support   rubber  nut  from   engine foot side.

·Remove  the  support  rubber  while   raising  the engine.
